You can, if it is comfortable. Many people prefer to keep it under the pillow or beside the bed instead.
Can I use it if I am taking medicine for sleep?
Yes, it is only a crystal accessory. Please keep following your doctor's advice and do not change any medicine on your own.
Is it suitable for children?
Older children can wear it with adult supervision. For small children, keep it on a high shelf near the bed, as small beads are not safe for them.
How do I clean it?
Wipe it with a dry cloth. Do not soak it, since Angelite does not like water.

Pehli baar crystal type bracelet liya hai and look mujhe kaafi acha laga. Elastic firm hai but uncomfortable nahi. Colours me variation thoda zyada tha.

Was looking for something subtle enough for regular wear and this worked. The bead size feels practical for daily wear, not too chunky. The elastic felt a little firm at first. For me the look and comfort are the best part.

Daily wear ke liye simple bracelet chahiye tha, ye sahi laga. Finishing neat hai, koi rough bead feel nahi hua. Price ke hisab se decent purchase laga.
