The Evil Eye Bracelet and 5 Mukhi Rudraksha Beads will be packed with the ordered product. The app voucher will be sent separately by email.

1. Campaign period

The AstroSutraa Shubh Utsav Sale 2026 runs from 6 October 2026 to 20 November 2026, inclusive. Orders must be placed during this period to qualify.

2. Eligibility and successful orders

Each successful eligible order placed during the campaign period qualifies for the gifts listed above. An order must be accepted and paid for, and must not be cancelled, returned, or identified as fraudulent or abusive.

3. Physical gifts

The Evil Eye Bracelet and 5 Mukhi Rudraksha Beads will be shipped with the ordered product. If either gift is unavailable, AstroSutraa may provide a comparable replacement.

4. App voucher delivery

The ₹100 AstroSutraa App voucher code will be emailed to the address provided with the order within 2–3 days after the 7-day return period ends, provided the order has not been cancelled or returned. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the email.

5. How to redeem the app voucher

1. Download the AstroSutraa app from astrosutraa.com/getapp and register.
2. On the app home screen, tap the wallet icon in the top-right corner.
3. Select a recharge option of at least ₹50.
4. Enter the voucher code received by email and tap Apply.
5. Complete payment for the selected recharge.

Once the qualifying recharge is completed and the voucher code is accepted, your AstroSutraa wallet will be credited with the recharge amount plus ₹100 in promotional wallet value. For example, a ₹50 recharge with the voucher results in ₹150 total wallet credit.

The wallet balance may be used to connect with available astrologers, tarot readers, numerologists, and AI astrologers through the AstroSutraa app, subject to availability and the app’s applicable terms.

6. Voucher validity and use

The voucher expiry date will be stated in the email containing the code. The code must be applied before that date. Each code may be used once, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for cash. It cannot be combined with another voucher unless stated otherwise.

7. Returns and cancellations

If an order is cancelled or returned within the applicable return period, the customer will not be eligible for the app voucher. If a physical gift has already been delivered, it may need to be returned with the product in accordance with the applicable return policy.

8. General terms

The campaign offer cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to orders placed before or after the campaign period. AstroSutraa may correct genuine errors in campaign details or refuse suspected misuse, subject to applicable law.
