Pendant or bracelet: which suits you better

A pendant sits close to the chest and stays out of the way while you work. People who wash their hands all day, type for hours or wear a uniform where bracelets aren't allowed usually find a pendant easier. It is also less noticeable, if you'd rather keep your remedy private. Bracelets suit those who like to see and touch the stone during the day.

Picking a crystal pendant

• Amethyst and Lapis Lazuli: Shani stones, often worn during Sade Sati or Dhaiya.
• Black Obsidian: used for Shani and Rahu, mostly as a protection piece.

Wearing it the first time

Let the pendant hang low enough to touch the skin around the chest. Begin on the planet's day: Monday for Rudraksha and Moon stones, Saturday for Shani stones, Tuesday for Red Jasper, Wednesday for Green Aventurine, Friday for Rose Quartz. Take it off for swimming or a soap bath. To recharge a crystal pendant, keep it on a Selenite plate overnight.
