CASHBACK OFFER: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This offer is run by GuruSutraa Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("AstroSutraa", "we", "us") on astrosutraa.shop. By placing an order under this offer or using a cashback code, you agree to these terms.

1. THE OFFER IN SHORT

Pay online for your order and, once it has been delivered and the return window has closed, we email you a cashback code for your next order. The cashback depends on the value of that next order:

₹1,299 to ₹1,998 ₹250 off
₹1,999 or more ₹500 off

"Up to ₹500" means the highest amount, which applies only when your next order is ₹1,999 or more. Orders below ₹599 do not get cashback.

2. WHO EARNS CASHBACK

  • You earn cashback on orders placed on astrosutraa.shop on or after 18 October 2026 and paid fully online (UPI, card, net banking or wallet).
  • Cash on delivery and partial cash on delivery orders do not earn cashback.
  • The order must be delivered and must not be cancelled, returned, refunded or under a return or replacement request.
  • Orders placed through other websites, marketplaces or apps do not earn cashback.

3. WHEN AND HOW YOU RECEIVE IT

  • We send the cashback email about 8 days after your order is delivered, once the 7-day return window has closed.
  • The email goes to the email address on your order and contains your cashback code and how to use it.
  • If you have not received it within 10 days of delivery, check your spam folder or message us on WhatsApp at +91 96259 77177 with your order number.

4. HOW TO USE IT

  • Add products to your cart and enter the code from the email at checkout.
  • Use the same mobile number and email address as your earlier order, so the checkout can recognise you.
  • The cashback is worked out on the value of the products in your cart, before shipping charges, as shown in the table in section 1.
  • The cashback can only be used on an order you pay for online. When the code is applied, cash on delivery is not available.
  • Each cashback can be used once, on one order. Any unused part of the amount does not carry over.

5. VALIDITY

  • Your cashback is valid for 30 days from the date of the cashback email.
  • Only one cashback can be active on your account at a time. If you earn cashback again while one is active, it does not add to the amount or extend the earlier last date.
  • Expired cashback cannot be reactivated.

6. WHAT IT CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH

  • The cashback cannot be combined with any other coupon code.
  • It cannot be combined with automatic offers, such as Mix & Match pack prices or free gift offers. If your cart already has an automatic offer, the cashback code will not apply on that order.
  • The usual discount for paying online, where shown at checkout, may still apply.

7. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

  • If you return or cancel an order on which you used cashback, we refund only the amount you actually paid. The cashback is not refunded in cash and is not issued again.
  • If we cancel such an order from our side (for example, if a product is out of stock), we will issue the cashback again for the days of validity that were left.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Cashback is a discount on a future order. It is not cash, has no cash value and cannot be transferred to a bank account, UPI ID or another person.
  • Cashback codes are personal and work only for the customer they were sent to.
  • We may withhold or cancel cashback where we see misuse, such as multiple accounts, fake orders, repeated returns or reselling of codes.
  • Product prices on astrosutraa.shop include GST. The cashback reduces the price you pay.
  • We may change or end this offer at any time by updating this page. Cashback already sent to you will stay valid until its last date.
  • Our Return and Refund Policy and Terms of Service also apply to orders placed with cashback.

9. EXAMPLES

  • You paid online for a bracelet and it was delivered on 1 November. Around 9 November you receive a cashback email valid until 9 December.
  • Your next cart is worth ₹1,450. You enter the code, get ₹250 off and pay ₹1,200 online.
  • If that cart were worth ₹2,100, you would get ₹500 off. If it were worth ₹550, the code would not apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
