How long will delivery take?
Orders placed before 2 PM (IST) are packed and dispatched the same working day from Ghaziabad. Delivery across India usually takes 7–10 working days, and every order is tracked to your door. Shipping is free.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You'll receive an order confirmation by email and SMS/WhatsApp right after checkout, followed by a tracking link once your order is dispatched. If you haven't received it, message us on WhatsApp at +91 96259 77177.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Yes, as long as the order hasn't been dispatched. WhatsApp us at +91 96259 77177 or email support@astrosutraa.com with your order number and the new address.
Is energisation included?
Yes, free of cost. Every product is purified and energised through our 6-step process (saltwater, smudging, sacred fire, sound, selenite charging and mantra activation) before it is dispatched, so it arrives ready to wear.
What is your return policy?
