RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

AstroSutraa.shop is operated by GuruSutraa Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how returns, replacements and refunds work for orders placed on our website.

1. RETURNS WITHIN 7 DAYS

You can return any product within 7 days of delivery, for any reason, including if you simply change your mind. You can also ask for a return or replacement within 7 days if the product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

Return shipping is free. We send you a prepaid return label, so you do not pay anything to send the product back.

2. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

To be accepted, the returned product must be:

• Unused and unwashed
• In its original packaging
• Returned with all tags, labels and any certificate that came with it

Products that are damaged or defective on arrival are always accepted within the 7-day window, whatever their condition.

3. ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT BACK

• Products that have been used or worn, or show signs of wear
• Products damaged after delivery through misuse or mishandling
• Custom-made products, where this is stated on the product page before you order

4. HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

1. Email support@astrosutraa.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 96259 77177 within 7 days of delivery. Share your order number and the reason for return, with photos if the product is damaged or defective.
2. Once we approve the request, we send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, attach the label and hand it to the courier or drop it at the courier centre we share.
4. We inspect the product when it reaches us.

5. REFUNDS

• Refunds are started within 2 to 3 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
• Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. The amount usually reflects within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment app.
• For cash on delivery orders, we refund to your bank account or UPI ID, which we will ask for when we approve the return.

6. REPLACEMENTS

If you asked for a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong product, we dispatch it within 4 business days of receiving and checking the returned item. Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 days after dispatch.

7. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

• Orders placed before 2 PM (IST) on a working day are dispatched the same day. Later orders are dispatched the next working day.
• Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 days, depending on your location and the courier.

8. ABOUT RESULTS

Our products are spiritual and astrological items based on traditional belief. Experiences differ from person to person, and we do not promise any specific result. You are free to return an unused product within 7 days under section 1.

9. IMPORTANT NOTES

• Please keep your tracking ID and shipping receipt until the return is complete.
• We may refuse returns where we see clear misuse of this policy, such as repeated returns of used products.
