The 7 Chakra Bracelet has seven different gemstone beads, one for each of the seven chakras, hand-knotted on an adjustable cord. You tighten or loosen the cord to fit your wrist, so it sits comfortably on a thin wrist or a broad one.
In yoga and crystal tradition, the body has seven main energy centres, from the Muladhara (root) at the base of the spine to the Sahasrara (crown) at the top of the head. Each bead on this bracelet stands for one of them. The cord is adjustable, so you can tighten or loosen it until it sits comfortably. Do not pull the knots too hard.
Which wrist should I wear a chakra bracelet on?
There is no fixed rule, since the bracelet is about overall balance. Many people wear it on the left wrist during meditation, but either wrist is fine.
Can I wear it during yoga?
Yes, many people do. Wipe it dry after practice so sweat does not sit on the cord.

Site pe combination acha laga tha, isliye try kiya. Beads ka polish acha hai and overall cheap type nahi lagta. Daily pehenne layak hai.
