How to use · mantra & affirmation
  1. Rinse the bracelet in clean water and dry it with a soft cloth.
  2. Place the Hanuman Yantra in the puja ghar or on a clean shelf, facing south as is common for Hanuman.
  3. On Tuesday morning after bath, light a diya before the yantra.
  4. Chant the mantra below 108 times while holding the bracelet.
  5. Wear it on the right wrist, traditionally the active hand for protection; the left wrist is fine too.
  6. Take it off before bathing with soap or swimming.

Mantra: Om Ham Hanumate Namah

ॐ हं हनुमते नमः

Chant 108 times (one mala). Invokes Lord Hanuman, prayed to for courage and protection.

Affirmation: I move through my day alert and unafraid. My family and I are in Hanuman ji's care.
