The Stress and Anxiety Relief Bracelet is made with three soft-coloured stones: Lepidolite, Amethyst and Angelite. It is meant to be worn on hectic days as a small cue to stop, breathe and slow down.
In crystal tradition, Lepidolite is called a stone of transition and is worn during periods of change, like a new job, exams or moving house. Amethyst is linked with Saturn (Shani) in Vedic astrology and is the classic stone for peace of mind and letting go of worry. Angelite, a pale blue stone, is associated with gentleness and kind speech. The lilac, purple and blue shades sit together quietly on the wrist.
