The Mann Shanti Swasthya Combo is a three-piece calming set: a Stress Relief bracelet of Lepidolite and Angelite, a Better Sleep bracelet of Fluorite and Amethyst, and an Amethyst pendant. Mann shanti means peace of mind.

All four stones are soft, cool-toned crystals. Lepidolite is the lilac stone that crystal tradition links with calm, and Angelite, a pale blue stone, is kept for gentle, quiet moods. Fluorite is worn for an orderly mind, and Amethyst is linked with Saturn in Vedic astrology and with the crown chakra. Together they are worn for a slower, more settled day.

People wear the Stress Relief bracelet at work or while travelling, and switch to the Better Sleep bracelet in the evening or keep it under the pillow. The pendant can be worn all day. This set is worn for comfort and calm, alongside, never instead of, your doctor's advice.

  1. Rinse the stones briefly in cool water, then dry them well.
  2. On a Monday evening, sit facing north and hold the three pieces.
  3. Chant the Chandra mantra 108 times, breathing slowly.
  4. Wear the Stress Relief bracelet on the left wrist, the receiving hand, during the day.
  5. Keep the Better Sleep bracelet by the bed or under the pillow at night.
  6. Do not soak Lepidolite or Angelite, and keep all pieces away from soap and perfume.

Mantra: Om Shraam Shreem Shraum Sah Chandramase Namah

ॐ श्रां श्रीं श्रौं सः चन्द्रमसे नमः

Chant 108 times (one mala). Invokes Chandra (the Moon), the graha of the mind and emotions.
