• Successfully place an order and make full payment for a qualifying product on the AstroSutraa platform.

• Not cancel the order or request a return for the purchased product.

3. Cashback Credit & Usage

• The Rs. 100 cashback will be credited directly to your AstroSutraa app wallet.

• This cashback credit is non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash or refunded to your original payment method.

• The credit is specifically designated for consulting with astrologers on the AstroSutraa platform. It cannot be used for purchasing physical products, gems, or any other items.

4. Cashback Credit Timeline
The cashback will be processed and credited to your wallet only after the product's return and exchange period has ended. The credit will typically be made within 8 to 10 days after your order has been delivered.

• Example: If your order is delivered on October 1st, you can expect the cashback to be credited to your wallet between October 9th and October 11th.
